The gardens of Le Mas are half an acre in size, and surround the property on the north, south and east sides.
Immediately adjoining the house is a terrace that wraps around the property, allowing direct access to the pool from the three downstairs bedrooms as well as from the three doors leading from the salon.
As you leave the salon by either of the east-facing doors, you walk out onto the outdoor eating area, which has a large table that can extend to seat ten people. A step down leads to the poolside terrace, which has plenty of room for sunbathing.
The pool has been sited to make the most of the sun throughout the day.
A second, smaller patio has an additional table, big enough to seat six comfortably. This is the perfect place to catch the last of the evening rays of sunshine while sharing a bottle of wine.
The garden is surrounded with a fence and hedge and two gates that can be secured to keep children safe. The pool cover conforms to current French legislation and is designed to prevent young children from accidentally falling in the water when the pool is not in use.
